Much like our 3/4″ Brown Drain Rock, this product is best used as a topcoat over rock or dirt roads and walkways because it helps control mud and dust. However, because of the fine materials present in this product it is not recommended for French drains, leach lines, or other applications that require drainage. Because of this product’s unique color it is well suited for a decorative landscape application.

Because of its angular shape, this rock stays in place better than round river rock.
This aggregate product is typically used as a pipe bedding material or as a leveling rock under slab. It can also be used for pathways and because it is a sharp and angular rock, it will remain in place better than smooth or round pea gravel.
This aggregate ranges in size from 1″ to 6″. It can successfully be used for drainage, stabilizing soft areas, slope protection, and erosion control. Due to the bulky nature of this product shoveling is difficult. Rocks should be individually hand placed or positioned with some sort of power equipment.
7/16″ Minus Quarry Fines
This product contains rock fines, which is great for pathways because the fines stay compacted in place and are comfortable to walk on. You can also use this product for pipe bedding projects or as a general fill material.
7/16″ Minus Red/Brown Pathway

We also offer our decomposed granite with stabilizer. Stabilizer is a non-toxic organic soil additive for decomposed granite or crushed stone surfaces. It binds and locks aggregate screenings to provide a firm natural surface for pathways, driveways, and trails.
This is our PG&E approved sand for pipe bedding. Delta Sand is medium-fine to medium in size and gray in color.
